The Welcoming supports migrants and refugees to build new lives in Edinburgh. They provide a wide range of classes and activities, all available on a free of charge, drop in basis. They also create opportunities for locals and newcomers to come together, to share experiences, celebrate diversity and learn together. Written in Film has been working with The Welcoming Project since 2011, filming stories, projects and concerns of Edinburgh's migrant communities.
